Fantastic customer service

A pleasant experience.
Came to view a car on the Saturday which I did end up buying. David was very welcoming and he knew a lot of knowledge about the car and the car’s history. I have a child so was nervous to buy older car , he ensured everything he told me was in fact true and gave proof of everything that had been changed on the car. This gave me great security. He had all the relevant documents and paperwork. David also ensured I knew where everything was located in the car before driving off. Couldn’t of had a better experience. Would highly recommend.

Firstly very professional and well written advert in autotrader providing all the information an exacting car purchaser needs when searching for the right vehicle. The vehicle itself ( Mercedes’ CLC 180K) was in very good condition and most importantly very competitively priced when compared to other garages with the same model age and similar mileages for this Merc model. D and A cars also supplied all the necessary paperwork ie MOT and complete Service history and also completed my new log book registration and car tax at the point of purchase together with a 6 month guarantee. There was even a quarter of tank full of petrol for the drive home. Payment by bank transfer also a safe and easy operation. D and A cars have my full recommendation Mr D Turner Bristol
